The Fashion Show

And our last day in Turkey was still not done...

We stopped at a  leather-fashion outlet, to watch a quick fashion show (which with my new camera that I haven't quite figured out yielded me mostly blurry pictures--even those intense or sultry stares didn't last long enough to click and point)....

And 3 of our group even got to strut down the runway...

We learned that Turkish leather products usually get exported to designer labels in Europe.  This store was promoting its 'silk leather'--a water-resistent leather made from some inner layer of the lamb skin.  Nice stuff.

(I bought a coat...)

And finally back to the hotel in Kusadasi.

later, bob
